Current Benefits Associated with Plum Point Lodge

• Subject to availability, a 10% discount on prevailing rates for all over-night stays (conventional rooms and yurts), if reserved and paid for through a direct booking with our front desk.
  
  

• Our restaurant, Sapalta, is always open to home owners and their guests for breakfast and dinner (except no dinner on Wednesday nights); reservations for dinner are recommended, and can be arranged through Open Table.
  
  

• A 10% discount on all alcoholic beverages, whether purchased for on or off premises consumption.
  
  

• Owners and their guests are free to attend any event at the Lodge  open to the general public, on the same basis as other attendees.
  
  

• Subject to availability, the right to reserve and use the Winston for special events, subject to our rules of use and at the same rates as paid by Lodge guests.
  
  

• Subject to reasonable notice and staff availability, linen, cleaning and other services for homes at The Cottages, with rates to be determined.

• Through an affiliate, short-term rental management of homes in The Cottages, at market rates.
  
  

• Through an affiliate and subject to staff availability, certain concierge services, including home repair and maintenance work, home landscape maintenance, limited pre-arrival shopping (flowers, snacks, beverages, ice, etc.), and, with adequate notice, in-home catered meals.
